Accreditation and certification require an on-site evaluation by the Joint Commission. The evaluation assesses compliance with the Joint Commission standards and verifies improvement activities. After earning accreditation or certification, healthcare organizations receive The Gold Seal of Approval® from The Joint Commission. After rigorous evaluation by the Joint Commission, we are proud to announce that Parkside Center at Ellijay has The Gold Seal of Approval.
